SIX DECADESOFVOLLEY.
Founded in 1963 in Bonnevoie, VC Belair grew from a small group of volleyball enthusiasts into one of Luxembourg's most active clubs, spanning every age group from U11 to senior.
Today we field competitive teams across the FLVB league system and run a thriving youth academy for the wider Belair community.
1963
THE LIONS ARE BORN
Volley Club Belair is founded in Bonnevoie, Luxembourg City, establishing a volleyball tradition in the heart of the capital that endures to this day.
2013
HOME AT HALL SPORTIF DE BELAIR
The club settles at Hall sportif de Belair on Rue d'Ostende, the home courts where all training sessions and home matches have been played since. The VCB Lions identity is firmly established.
2024
9 TEAMS. A FULL PRIDE.
VCB reaches its broadest ever structure: Men 1 & 2, Women 1 & 2, and youth teams from U11 mixed through U19 girls, over a hundred members representing the club across all age groups.
2025
DOUBLE SILVER IN DIVISION 1
The 2025/26 season delivers the club's best dual result: Men 1 and Women 1 both finish 2nd in their respective FLVB Division 1 tables, earning a place in the top-flight Mixvoip League for 2026/27.

PROMOTED, TOP FLIGHT BOUND
Following their Division 1 runner-up finishes, both first teams are promoted to the Mixvoip League, Luxembourg's new elite competition. VCB enters its highest competitive era.
